Our Early Years Learning Centre has lots of features including two kitchens and internal toilets for the children.  We welcome prospective families to have a tour of this attractive learning facility. This state of the art learning facility accommodates all of our prep to year 2

 2012 Prep Enrolments

I encourage parents and friends who have children starting prep in 2012 to enrol as soon as they can.  Enrolment forms can be collected from our friendly office staff.  We have quite a number of enrolments already which is terrific.   It has been lovely to hear from some of our new enrolments that they were recommended our school by our current families.

Story time for three and four year olds commenced last Thursday 2nd June and will continue throughout the year until part way through November.  This is opportunity for your children or those of your friends to engage in song, rhyme, story and craft with one of our prep teachers or myself.  It is community service supporting children to discover a love of books and of reading.  It is free and families are not required to be enrolled or to enrol at our school. Everyone is welcome.

Story time is every Thursday at 2.15pm to 3.15pm in the Library.  All children who attend are able to borrow a library book to take home.

Food for Thought

Children do not learn the way that we learnt – it is a very different world – a world that is rapidly changing and we as educators and parents need to keep abreast of these changes.

The video below will help you understand how important it is to prepare our children for the 21st century.
