School Sport
Our Whole School House Athletics Sports was held at
Meadowglen Stadium earlier this term. It was a fantastic day where
students were able to participate in a number of events. Blue house
were victorious. Well done, Blue house!
2010 Interschool Sports teams for Years 5 and 6 students will be
chosen after tryouts towards the end of the year.
Years Prep to 2 students will be participating in their annual
swimming program each Tuesday in Term 4, 2009.
Teaching and Learning
Term 4 brings us to the end of an exciting year of learning! It's amazing to see what the students have produced over the year and how much their learning has progressed! Whittlesea PS provide an engaging education with interesting and relevant units of work at each level.
Building the Education Revolution (BER)
Whittlesea Primary School is involved in Round 2 of the Federal Government's BER project. We will be constructing a brand new 'wing' encompassing 6 open plan classrooms, and indoor and outdoor learning spaces. Construction will take place in 2009/10.
