Cross Country
Date
April 03, 2025
Time
All Day
On Thursday 3rd, students at WPS will participate in Cross Country.
For our F-2s, the F-2 cohort will be having their own mini cross-country. The students will be running laps and collecting points. They will start with the grade 2’s, followed by the grade 1’s and then the foundation cohort. The students are invited to wear their house colours on the day. Parents are invited to watch from
2:30 pm
on the oval. We will finish the cross country with a mini dance party as a fun way to celebrate.
For our 3-6s, students will be taking part in either a 2 or 3 km race around Walker Reserve, depending on their age. Students will come to school just as normal school day at 8:50 am, before being walked across to Walker Reserve by their teachers beginning at 8:55 am. Students can wear their house colours on the day.
