Whittlesea Primary School 2024 Pre-Foundation Program 

Whittlesea Primary School is once again offering our highly successful Pre-Foundation program commencing in Term 3, 2024! 

Whittlesea Primary School is once again offering our highly successful Pre-Foundation program commencing in Term 3, 2024 for children commencing Foundation in 2025.  

This program enables your child to spend quality time at our school with other children who will also be commencing school next year. The program supports children to develop familiarity and feel more confident within our school environment ensuring a smooth transition to school. 

Students will learn our school expectations, working in the current Foundation classrooms with the current Foundation teachers. Each week, students will have one literacy focus, followed up with an associated craft activity. Sessions will include visits to the specialist areas including the gym, art and Chinese as well as the sensory space, libraries and first aid.  

The cost of the Pre-Foundation program is $100. Children enrolled will receive a Whittlesea Primary School schoolbag, which they will use throughout their 7 years of schooling. They will also receive a ‘house’ beanie and matching bag tag. Please note payments cannot be refunded. The first 60 children enrolled will also receive a Whittlesea Primary School Pre-Foundation t-shirt.
