In 2026, the school will continue not to use an additional ‘booklist’ supplier, as we have incorporated all classroom costs into the Curriculum Contributions (as in 2025) Once families pay their Parent Payment (School Fees), no further items need to be purchased, as all classroom items will be available at the school for all students at the start of each year. Please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions Guide for further information.
Please see our 2026 Parent Payment Arrangements (letter to families)
Please note that the information regarding payment options/methods for Whittlesea Primary School will be communicated later in Term 4, 2025. This will include multiple payment plan options.
We will start to collect payments at the end of Term 4, 2025. Dates and details will be shared once finalised.
Our school contact person for any queries about payments (and payment plans) once these have been set up and posted on Compass will be Ms Angela Kilvington (our Business Manager). If you have any questions, please get in touch with her.
